The TV remote is frustratingly complicated, difficult to adjust the language settings!!! An early breakfast option would be a huge plus for early travelers, as missing breakfast is disappointing!!!

This place captures the heart! The rooftop view is breathtaking, and the passion fruit margarita was absolutely unforgettable. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff were nothing short of amazing. With a prime location near the cathedral and charming eateries, it’s hard not to want to stay forever!

Couple's Delight, An Ideal Getaway

We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop bar, the sunsets were just amazing and the drinks were strong, just how I like it. Really loved the breakfast buffet, it was excellent, tons of choices, everything was fresh and well stocked.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive. but you get what you pay for, it's acceptable.

The breakfast buffet had many options, and the eggs were cooked to order, which I appreciated. My king-size bed provided comfort after long days. Overall, this stay was pleasant, especially being in a location close to eateries and shops.

The dining experience varied. One evening, service was slow, and I had to leave without being served. The dining room setup mixed ambiance with sports broadcasts, making it challenging to converse.

Our family enjoyed a memorable three-night stay. The roof pool and bar offered stunning views, especially during sunset. Staff were outstanding, even arranging our airport transfer. Don't miss the delicious meals at the restaurant. it truly made our experience special. Perfect location for exploring all of downtown!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the Malecon. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views, especially at sunset. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

We truly enjoyed our family stay, especially lounging by the heated rooftop pool with an ocean view. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our mornings delightful with a delicious buffet, where we could order eggs our way. Plus, having our dog with us made it all the more special.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site.
